Skunks aplenty. I've posted a few on my Etsy page....I feel pretty accomplished. I decided to name each skunk and give them their own back story. Since I make so many at one time I feel like it makes them more personalized. I will bust out the pattern again in a couple weeks to create more....oh, and the beavers too. You can never have enough plush woodland creatures surrounding you.
I've been trying to stay extra extra busy and make smaller items in between my skunks....so I decided to create some pincushions.

I love the colors and the freedom that these cushions allow. Anytime I'm working with a pattern, I don't go crazy with them because I'm focused on pounding out a quantity....say, with scented skunks. But by doing all of the pincushions "free-hand", I get to do all sorts of cool patterns and stuff.
It's relaxing and fufulling.
I only have a couple of days left until the deadline for the Detroit Urban Craft Fair. Hopefully I'll be able to get a couple more items made up and apply on time. I guess I'm a glutton for punishment.
